Upolínová Meadow
A composition of typical sub-saturated peat meadows in the Slavkovský Forest close to the serpentinite hill of the Three Crosses at the roadside between Prameny and Nová Ves. Site of the rare swamp willow.

Geology
The unusual mineral subsoil structure is formed by older mountain granite with a layer of serpentinite fragments – serpentinite and actinolitovites. The soil composition is dominated by acidic cambisol pseudogleal, cambic pseudogleal, gleal and cambisol ranker.
Botany
Swamp willow, buckbean, purple marshlocks, globe-flower, siberian iris, common spotted orchid, western marsh orchid, small lousewort, bitter vetch, common butterwort.
Zoology
- insects: moorland clouded yellow
- reptiles and amphibians: common adder (very prevalent!), common frog, pool frog
- birds: corn crake, occasionally a grouse
- mammals: normal species
There is no direct public transport to the location. Close by is the bicycle route No. 2135 as well as the green hiking trail from Prameny to Bečov nad Teplou. A walk through the area is assisted by a wooden walkway, from which all the above-mentioned species of plants can be found. Be aware that poisonous adders could be present in this area!
