EASY EXERCISES
The basic position for each exercise is standing with your feet wide apart, facing the sun and the countryside. Move slowly at your own pace and repeat each exercise no more than 3 times. Do not worry if you change your breathing pattern or inhale less rhythmically. Feeling good and enjoying the outdoor time is what really matters. Exercising barefoot also increases the desired effect.
![]() | 1. Exercise Stand with your feet wide apart and your arms stretched upwards in a “V” shape.

![]() | 2. Exercise Stand with your feet wide apart and your arms stretched sideways at shoulder level. Inhale while lifting the arms up to the shoulder level, exhale with a loud “HEY” sound while lowering them back down. |
![]() | 3. Exercise Stand with your feet wide apart. Lift one arm up by your ear while stretching the other arm backwards. Take a breath in and exhale with a loud “E” sound. Repeat for the other side.

![]() | 4. Exercise Stand with your feet wide apart and hands at belly level. Imagine you are holding and pushing a big light ball and make a loud “O” sound while exhaling. Straighten your back and relax your arms in between the exercises.

![]() | 5. Exercise Stand with your feet wide apart. Push the imaginary ball down with your palms while bending your knees to a squatting position and making a loud “U” sound when exhaling. Straighten your back and relax your arms in between the exercises.
