Olše Gate - Olšová Vrata
This is a rock promontory above the Ohře River valley on the peak of Šemnické Rocks (644 m high) above the village of Šemnice.
This steep phonolitic rock formation features a mixture of growth and is a nesting place for eagle owls. The pronounced phonolitic rock outcropping is partly covered by a naturally formed debris forest. In addition to the maples, lindens, and winter oaks, we also find the mountain elm and silver fir here. The peak features a view onto the Ohře River valley and the ridge of the Krušné Mountains.
