If you are interested in breakfast, we offer it in the form of a self-service buffet in the neighboring partner 4* hotel, where the price of breakfast is 350,- CZK or 14,- € per person. Children from 0-1 yo old have breakfast here for free and children from 2 to 11 yo old have breakfast with a 50% discount. The breakfast room is open from 7:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. Vouchers for these breakfasts can also be purchased individually at our reception. • Breakfast can also be purchased in the neighboring "Café bar Modrá", which is open from 9:00 a.m. daily. • Each type of accommodation has a kitchenette, equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. • Rooms are cleaned daily (except Sundays), towels and bath towels are changed (every 3 days) and bed linen is changed (once a week). • Guests can also use the additional service – washing machine and dryer. • All rooms are non-smoking. You can smoke on the patio, on the covered outdoor terrace. • Staying with pets is exceptionally possible and only after written approval by the accommodation provider.

1.) Free parking is a three-minute walk from the property. The location will be provided to you at reception upon arrival. 2.) Parking in the nearest Parking house costs CZK 200,-/24 hours (https://www.zaparkujauto.cz). Address: Pramenská 653/1, Mariánské Lázně. 3.) Parking on the main street in front of the passage where your accommodation is located costs 10,- CZK for ½ hour and then 40,- CZK for every 1 hour. Address: Hlavní třída 51/36. 4.) From 7:00 p.m. in the evening until 9:00 a.m. the next day, parking on Hlavní třída or throughout the city, except for streets with stands for residents, is free. • If you arrive by train and bus: from the station by trolleybus transport (https://www.mdml.cz/jizdni-rady) to Centrum station. Then walk to the third house behind the ring road - through the house Hlavní třída No. 51 to the passage, where there is a reception for accommodation on the 1st floor of the back building. • If you arrive by car, take the D5 highway exit 128 Bor, then via Planá and Chodová Planá to Mariánské Lázně. • At your request, we will arrange transport for you. • Studios and Superior Studios are located in a building without a lift on the 2nd floor, Apartments in the same building on the 3rd floor. • In the event that a guest is found to be smoking in the room, despite the ban, or using their own electrical appliances over 1 kW or rearranging the furniture in the room, their accommodation will be terminated immediately without the right to a refund of the unused part of the stay. • Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m. The reception is closed after 5:00 p.m. • Check-out: until 10:30 on the day of departure. A different arrival or departure time depends on the occupancy of the given room and is possible after prior agreement with the hotel reception.
