The main bus operator in the region is the Karlovy Vary Bus Company (Autobusy Karlovy Vary). This company mostly operates public transport lines and basic transport services, primarily in the Karlovy Vary region. Of most visitors to Mariánské Lázně are services to Cheb, Teplá and Kladská.
In 2012 a new bus terminal was built in Mariánské Lázně changing the whole face of the area. The dominant aspect of the structure is the roof section above the terminal bus stops which was designed to pay hommage to the Spa Colonnade.
